The Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) at Suffolk County Community College represents a cooperative effort between the college and the Longwood Central School District, governmental agencies and business and industry to provide a unique, comprehensive and supportive environment for students who may be at risk of dropping out of school.

Liberty Partnership Program Scholars 2015

Help us raise at least $10,000 per year for key areas!

•    Collegiate Holistic Student Support to Liberty Partnerships Program Alumni, attending Suffolk County Community College.  This support would include developmental advising, academic remediation, and a college completion incentive award. 
•    Community Engagement Events to support students and their families each year.
