The Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) at Suffolk County Community College represents a cooperative effort between the college and the Longwood Central School District, governmental agencies and business and industry to provide a unique, comprehensive and supportive environment for students who may be at risk of dropping out of school.

Liberty Partnership Program Scholars 2015

Help us raise at least $7,000 per year for key areas!

  • Collegiate Holistic Student Support to Liberty Partnership Program Alumni, attending Suffolk County Community College. This support would include developmental advising, mentoring services, academic remediation, and a college completion incentive. 
  • Family/Community Engagement Events to support at least twenty (20) families each year of the over 400 annually engaged.
